We’re Hiring: Technical Support Analyst (Help Desk)

Join our team on a 12-month hybrid contract (2 days/week in-office) and provide hands-on IT support to approximately 300 users. If you’re passionate about troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of help desk experience
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, operating systems, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Diploma or degree in IT, or relevant certifications
• Bonus skills: Intune, Autopilot, Deskpro, Lansweeper

Location: Ontario-based candidates only
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
