Hello hashtag#Edmonton! We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience as a level 2 support technician. This is a FULLY ONSITE role providing 5-day support per week for 3 offices, but the home base will be in Jasper Avenue NW Edmonton. This is a 6-month initial contract.
The ideal candidate must have 2 – 5 years of experience as a level 2 support technician; Excellent communication skills (spoken and written); Strong interpersonal skills; A very strong desire to serve and help users; Know how to manage priorities and customer expectations; Degree or in computer science or other computer-related discipline; A+, Network Plus or Help Desk Institute certification; Proficiency in Office 365 and common office tools/software; Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes. Meeting Room support and strong MS Team experience would be a plus
