We’re Hiring: Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Banking Domain 🚀
📍 Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
📅 Contract: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Are you an experienced Technical Program Manager passionate about leading technology projects in the banking sector? We’re seeking a dynamic leader to drive critical initiatives across digital banking, payments, cards, lending, core banking, risk, and compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within the banking domain
* Serve as a key liaison between business, technology, and operations teams, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions
* Hands-on experience with databases and SQL in data-centric projects
* Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth implementation
* Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and risk management policies
* Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers
* Drive Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, sprint planning, and progress tracking
* Create and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
Oversee UAT, production rollout, and post-implementation support
* Proficient with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence
