What You’ll Do
🔥 Lead and mentor a team of five developers
🔥 Architect and develop new features across C, C++, and C#/WPF
🔥 Become the expert on a mature, mission-critical product used worldwide
🔥 Solve high-impact technical challenges as the top escalation point
🔥 Bring forward-thinking ideas, including AI-driven enhancements
🔥 Influence best practices, code quality, and long-term product evolution
What You Bring
✔ 7+ years of hands-on software development
✔ Strong experience with C, C++, and WPF
✔ Passion for both coding and technical leadership
✔ Ability to navigate and enhance a large, complex codebase
✔ Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to build high-quality software
Bonus Experience
• Industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, TCP/IP)
• IoT / MQTT
• Linux, networking, or scripting internals
• AI, predictive analytics, or LLM integrations
