Technical Analyst (Vulnerability Management)

Our banking client is hiring a Technical Analyst (Vulnerability Management) for a 6 month contract with a potential for extension. They are hybrid, located in downtown Toronto with an onsite requirement of 2-3 times per week.

This contract pays up to $57/hr inc. based on a 37.5 hour work week. Having a background in banking is preferred.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills
1. 5+ Experience with software vulnerability management in a large, regulated environment.
2.. Exceptional knowledge of IT support and customer service best practices.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, remote access, and desktop support.
4. Experience with Power BI, data analytics, ServiceNow, remote support tools, and virtual desktops.
5. Strong experience with SCCM, Intune, vulnerability scanning tools.

Nice to Have Skills
1. Financial services industry experience.
2. Experience with Tenable, Bomgar.
3. general software engineering experience
