Job Description

We (BQ International) are hiring a Regina-based Government client for the technical analyst-service desk position at the client.

Submission deadline: Thursday, November 21, 2024 9:00 AM.

Note: Hybrid (2 to 3 days/week).

Contract Term: 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Experience required:

-> Service Desk/Tier 1 experience > 24 months or equivalent support experience.
-> Comfortable with a variety of basic software solutions.
-> General knowledge of ITIL processes.
-> Bilingual (French).
-> ITIL V3/4.
-> M365 & KCS.
