Technical Analyst – Service Desk 💻
📍 Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week from office)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshoot IT issues
✅ Update and maintain troubleshooting documentation in the knowledge base
✅ Resolve incidents across various communication channels
✅ Follow ITIL best practices to ensure efficient support operations
What You Bring:
✔️ 24+ months of Service Desk or equivalent IT support experience
✔️ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies
✔️ Familiarity with ITIL processes and knowledge base management
✔️ Dependable, reliable, and customer-focused
Ideal Candidate:
🌍 Bilingual (French)
📜 ITIL V3/4, KCS certification
🔧 Experience with M365
