Job Description
Looking for Tech Support Analyst with 3+ years of L1/L2 Support. 6 month contract to start and 4 days ONSITE is required and occasional rotations.
Must have experience managing tickets in ServiceNow + troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technology issues (configuring hardware such as MacBooks, Lenovo laptops and desktops, iPads, MS Surface, Mac Minis, printers, video conferencing hardware).
Must live in Vancouver, BC and ONSITE interviews required.
Paying $25/hour
