Team Lead, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

I’m hiring a **Team Lead, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)** for a full-time opportunity with one of Canada’s largest retailers Loblaw Companies Limited.🚀🍁

This is a manager-level leadership role with direct reports, ideal for someone who wants to combine hands-on technical depth with people leadership and enterprise-scale impact.

In this role, you’ll help drive platform modernization across **Kubernetes, cloud, automation, CI/CD, and observability**, while building and mentoring a high-performing SRE/platform team.

You’ll have strategic influence across engineering, infrastructure, security, product, and application teams, with a mandate to strengthen reliability practices through **SLOs, incident response, postmortems, engineering standards, and resilience-by-design**.

This work supports business-critical pharmacy/healthcare-adjacent systems and enterprise platforms at serious Canadian scale.

Location: 4 days onsite
