Must-Have Skills:
✔ 5+ years of QA/System Testing experience in Agile & DevOps environments
✔ Strong experience in System Testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
✔ Expertise in writing and executing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios & Test Scripts
✔ Hands-on experience with Selenium, SOAP UI, or equivalent automation tools
✔ Experience with Jira, IBM ClearQuest, Azure DevOps, Git & CI/CD pipelines
✔ Strong SQL knowledge and defect management experience
✔ Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
✔ Ability to analyze business requirements, user stories, and non-functional requirements
✔ Experience working with Ontario Public Sector/Public Healthcare projects is highly preferred
✔ Experience with Clinical IT Systems, Client Registries, and Provider Registries is mandatory
