We are looking for a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist with strong experience in GIS-based applications, IT infrastructure modernization, and testing/quality assurance.

✅ Must Have Skills:
• Experience with GIS (Esri) based projects and applications, including ArcMap, ArcObjects SDK, File Geodatabases, ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online
• Experience with IT infrastructure modernization and maintenance-focused projects
• Strong experience with VBA, .NET, C++, C#, and SDKs

💡 Experience Required:
• Communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
• Negotiating and resolving project direction to achieve consensus
• Collaborating with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
• Experience working with Public Sector multidisciplinary teams, GO-ITS standards, and gating processes
