💼 Role Overview:
We’re looking for a seasoned Systems Testing/QA Specialist to join a public sector digital transformation project. The ideal candidate is a QA veteran with strong experience across testing strategies, tools, and methodologies within both agile and waterfall environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Conduct unit, integration, functional, performance, load, security, and UAT testing.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
Use automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Eggplant) and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

✅ Must-Have Experience:
10+ years in QA with hands-on test planning, execution, and issue troubleshooting.
Expertise with diverse testing types and tools.
Experience testing in both GUI and non-GUI environments.
Familiarity with automated and manual testing of COTS and in-house solutions.
Proficient with version control and test management tools.

💡 Nice-to-Haves:
Experience testing mobile, desktop, and high-availability systems.
Background in telephony/radio tech like Avaya, P25, or CAD systems.
Working knowledge of AODA compliance.
Scripting and automation capabilities.
