Are you a QA professional with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a passion for automation and quality delivery? We’re hiring a Senior Systems Analyst to join a high-impact project with the Ontario Public Sector (OPS), supporting digital transformation through quality-driven ERP and CRM testing.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on user stories and system requirements.
Conduct manual and automated testing, ensuring functionality, performance, and stability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O.
Log and manage defects, ensuring thorough documentation of all testing activities.
Participate in design reviews, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
Use tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Postman, JIRA, Git, and TFS for test integration, execution, and reporting.
Drive test automation integration into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and escalate critical quality issues to leadership.

✅ Must-Have Experience
5+ years in software QA/testing in Agile/SDLC environments.
Strong functional testing expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O.
Hands-on experience with:
Bug tracking & test management (JIRA, Azure TFS)
API testing using Postman, REST, JSON
Automation tools & frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
BDD tools like Gherkin, Cucumber, Appium

💡 Nice to Have
Familiarity with Trust Accounting Systems and financial modules (AR, AP, GL).
Experience testing workflow-based or case management systems.
Performance testing using JMeter.
Knowledge of building automation frameworks from scratch.

Ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
Team player with a strong focus on deadlines and quality delivery.
