Systems Analyst

Procom is currently looking for a Systems Analyst for our client in the private/public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 12 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION)
LOCATION: REMOTE (THE CLIENT IS IN THE OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
CLEARANCE: RELIABILITY (MUST BE ELIGIBLE)
REFERENCES: 2

Required

3+ years’ experience with C#, API development, Azure, and Terraform.
3+ years’ experience in IT systems development or full Agile software lifecycle.

Assets

Experience working in Agile teams with SMEs, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Excel.
Experience integrating with third-party vendors and applications.
Experience with automated and/or manual testing.
Ability to work within structured release management frameworks, including environment management and risk mitigation.
Strong business results orientation with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills; ability to identify risks and provide options analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in insurance or financial services (asset, not required).
Experience with Financial Crimes Risk Management (asset, not required).
