📍 Location: Hybrid (Preference for on-site candidates)
🕒 Contract Term: Possible 2 extensions (8 months each)

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a **Systems Analyst – Level 1** to support system development, analysis, and implementation across various projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in PowerBuilder, AIX, SAP (Sybase), and .NET web services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
✔Develop **requirements, feasibility, cost, design, and specification documents** for new and existing systems
✔Gather and analyze data to assess **technical and economic feasibility**
✔Define and document **interfaces, data structures, system components, and operational environments**
✔Work with developers to create **functional prototypes and operational systems**
✔Implement systems that support projects and business needs
✔Maintain up-to-date **business knowledge of policies, processes, and standards**
✔Provide expert consultation on **production system analysis, performance, security, and maintenance**
✔Manage **data file conversions**, including mapping, interfaces, testing, and validation
**Team Lead Responsibilities (if applicable):**
🔹 Oversee **application enhancement requests** from analysis to final user testing
🔹 Act as a **mentor and leader** for application support teams
🔹 Manage **workloads, resource allocation, and system documentation**
🔹 Ensure **production system stability** and coordinate with stakeholders
🔹 Provide **project management and leadership** for system modifications
🔹 Ensure adherence to **change management, incident management, and security protocols**
**Required Experience:**
✅ **10+ years** of PowerBuilder experience
✅ Experience building and deploying **PowerBuilder packages using InstallShield**
✅ **10+ years** of AIX with Korn shell scripting
✅ **10+ years** of SAP (Sybase) experience, including stored procedures, queries, cursors, and performance optimization
✅ **5+ years** of web service development using **.NET*
