We’re Hiring: System Administrator & IT Support Specialist 🚨
📍Etobicoke/Mississauga, ON | Hybrid (primarily on-site)

We’re looking for an experienced System Administrator & IT Support Specialist to support and optimize a secure, enterprise IT environment.
🖥️ Key Responsibilities
Windows Server (2022/2025), Active Directory, VMware ESX 6.5+
MS Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, M365 / Exchange / SharePoint
Network, firewall, VPN, DNS, SSL/TLS administration
Tier 1 & Tier 2 end-user support with SLA accountability
Security operations, DR planning, patching & PowerShell automation
On-call rotation for critical infrastructure support
🎯 What We’re Looking For
3–5 years in System Administration / IT Support
Experience with Windows Server 2022/25 migrations
Strong knowledge of MS Entra ID, SSO, and identity security
CISM certification preferred
Working knowledge of NIST CSF and CyberSecure Canada frameworks
VMware, SAN/NAS, backup (Veeam/N-able), networking experience
