Hiring: Production Support Lead/Technical Lead
📍 Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid 1-2 days in office)
⏳ Job Type: Contract

Windows server, .net application support, sql, oracle, ITIL, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ServiceNow Must Have
•            Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience
•            Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate
•            2+ years of support lead experience, including:
o            incident triaging
o            Major incident managment and communication
o            Incidemt Management and problem management
o            Change Management and house keeping
•            Expert knowledge of Client – Server architecture, certificate and password management and mintaining webservices
•            Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
•            ITIL certification mandatory
•            5+ years’ experience in theJava /.NET Stack app support and SQL
•            Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
•            Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
