Job Title: Support Desk Analyst (Remote – Contract)
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Nova Scotia)
Job Type: Contract (Full-time)

Start Date: May 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Atlantic Time
🔹 About the Role:
We are looking to onboard 1–2 Support Desk Analysts to assist during upcoming high-impact projects. This role is ideal for those who have experience in help desk support or customer service and want to contribute to a meaningful initiative in the healthcare sector.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare staff by answering inbound calls.
Follow documented troubleshooting steps to resolve common technical issues.
Create and escalate tickets in the service management system when needed.
Collaborate remotely with internal support teams and follow proper handoff procedures.
Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude in all interactions.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a help desk, IT support, or customer service environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly follow scripted troubleshooting processes.
Tech-savvy with basic understanding of service desk operations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability to work full-time from May through September 2025.
