We’re Hiring – Support Analyst (Identity & Access Management) | Hybrid – Montreal
Join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in Montreal and help support a suite of critical access management applications used globally across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with users, ensure service stability, and contribute to automation and documentation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Support IAM applications and ensure system stability and availability
➡️Respond to end-user issues and coordinate incident resolution
➡️Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives to reduce support workload
➡️Promote self-service tools and knowledge-sharing
➡️Collaborate with teams across Montreal, Paris, and Bangalore
What We’re Looking For:
✅3+ years in a similar support role
✅Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
✅Excellent communication and client-facing ability
✅Familiarity with basic SQL, Unix/Linux, networking, and API concepts
👍 Bonus: experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Matomo, Python, OIDC/SAML, or IAM/security
This is a hybrid role (3–4 days/week in-office) with flexible rotations between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM, including occasional weekend support.
