Support Analyst

We are hiring a Regina-based Government client for the position of Network Support Analyst.

Location: On-site Regina – Some after-hours work may be required

Experience required:

Mandatory Education/Certifications:
Cisco-related certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP)
• Cisco/Tandberg-related certifications (TCAP, TCEP)
• Demonstrated record of continuous improvement

Desired Education/Certifications:
Experience with Cisco equipment

Mandatory Experience:
CISCO Network hardware configuration and administration
DWDM/MPLS configuration and administrative experience
Desired Experience:
Azure firewall, load balancer and other networking infrastructure experience

• Performance and Capacity reports
• LAN/WAN asset refresh plan
• Network (LAN/WAN) architecture diagrams
• Configuration Records
• IOS images
