Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. This position is responsible for supporting and optimizing the organization’s enterprise learning platform, ensuring seamless configuration, maintenance, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable and effective training solutions.

Pay rate range (CAD): $58.79/hr – $70.55/hr

Responsibilities

Lead reviews of audience requirements with course owners and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive audience documentation, including the Audience Approval Document.
Build, validate, and update LMS audiences in alignment with approval documentation.
Implement post-launch audience modifications as needed to meet evolving training needs.
Handle Business Learning Needs Requests (LNRs) and LMS maintenance tickets efficiently.
Test, configure, and troubleshoot eLearning courses within the LMS platform.
Configure Instructor-Led and Virtual training courses for optimal learner engagement.
Collaborate closely with Learning Solutions Architects, Program Managers, and HR data teams.
Provide guidance on LMS capabilities and best practices for configuration.
Complete LMS Specifications Documentation and maintain accurate records of decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational procedures.
Desired Skill-Set

5-10 years of experience in LMS platform administration, preferably with SumTotal LMS.
Strong ability to interpret and apply HR data for accurate audience targeting.
Proven experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Nice to Have

Experience in financial services environments.
Background or certification in Instructional Design, HR, or related fields.
Certification in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Human Performance Technology.
Knowledge of enterprise LMS environments and configuration best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning & Development, Instructional Design, HR, or a related discipline.
