Sr. Delivery Manager/Scrum Master

Exciting Opportunity: Sr. Delivery Manager/Scrum Master
Location: Scarborough, ON, Canada (Hybrid – 3 days on site)
Employment Type: Contract

Must Have Skills:
– 10+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager in Agile environments.
– 3+ years as a Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
– Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
– Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
– Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong technical background in software development (Java, .NET, React or similar) with the ability to understand architecture, code quality, and technical dependencies.
