We Are Hiring: Specialized IT Consultant – Senior (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Specialized IT Consultant (Senior) for a key IT Service Management (ITSM) role within a public sector organization. This hybrid position will require working onsite in Toronto or North Bay, with flexibility based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive ITSM/ITIL knowledge, proven experience in process improvement and documentation, and a background working within the public sector.

Extension: One possible extension for 250 days

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update ITSM process guides in alignment with public sector standards
Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve processes and documentation
Provide technical guidance to stakeholders to ensure compliance with process standards
Monitor agreements and address issues promptly
Lead knowledge transfer sessions and provide ongoing support to project teams

Mandatory Qualifications:
Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge and experience
Proven experience in process documentation and improvement
Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships
Public sector experience (government or broader public sector)
Knowledge of systems analysis, configuration, testing, and release principles
