Summary:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow Service Mapping—design, deployment, optimization, and governance.
Key Points:
Manage Service Mapping (MID, patterns, discovery)
Ensure CMDB accuracy & alignment
Handle KPIs, dashboards, and issue resolution
Drive enhancements & stakeholder training
Requirement:
Strong ServiceNow experience with enterprise-level implementations & leadership skills
