SKILLS REQUIRED
Mandatory Skills:
Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow CMDB aligned with CSDM and enterprise ITSM/ITAM requirements.
Lead Flexera to ServiceNow CMDB migration, including data mapping, import sets, transform maps, and reconciliation.
Configure CI Class Manager, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CMDB Health, and governance policies.
Implement and support Discovery, MID Server, Service Mapping, and CI relationship management.
Troubleshoot CMDB data quality issues, duplicate CIs, stale records, and data normalization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Hands-on experience with ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, CMDB governance, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
5+ years of ServiceNow experience with CSA & CAD certifications; Flexera migration and banking domain experience preferred.
