ServiceNow Developer / Analyst

We are seeking individuals to fulfill the following contract requirements:

1. **ServiceNow Developer**:
– Proficiency in Hardware and Software Asset Management Pro or IT Operations Management (Discovery and Service Mapping)
– Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM), or obtain certification within 6 months of hire
– Demonstrated expertise in two additional product lines beyond ITSM
– Knowledge of ITIL principles
– Skilled in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Services) within a SaaS framework
– Experience with technical components like LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other related technologies
– Possession of ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations in all product lines
– ITIL Certification

2. **Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst**:
– Established track record as a BA in ServiceNow or ITSM environments
– Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow modules, applications, and platform capabilities
– Strong consultative and facilitation abilities
– Familiarity with ITIL processes (Foundation level or higher preferred)
– Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
– Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
– Background in consulting or professional services, directly engaging with clients on intricate projects
– Possession of Project Management certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP
– Experience across various ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
