Required Skills:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and IRM
• Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and gather business requirements
• Experience defining solution approaches and process improvements
• Ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders
• Experience coordinating with global delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage deliverables, follow-ups, and project alignment
