Service Delivery Lead
Location: Toronto, ON
Full Time (On Site)

Required Skill Set:
Proficient with support applications built on windows stack particularly .net
Proficient with MSSQL DB as an analyst not necessarily DBA
Experience using Linux servers, comfortable with basic commands
8 yrs experience performing production support
Experience following ITIL practices and experience as a Support Lead
Experience using Dynatrace, Elk and PagerDuty
