Senior Test Lead

Now Hiring: Senior Test Lead (2 Positions) in Ontario (Hybrid) – downtown Toronto. This is a contract opportunity for 5 months with renewal.

We are seeking experienced Senior Test Leads to support a major Cancer Screening modernization initiative. This initiative focuses on secure healthcare integrations, cloud-native APIs, and Digital Correspondence solutions. This role requires strong expertise in healthcare interoperability, API testing, automation, and cloud technologies.

Key Requirements:
– Healthcare Integration Testing (HL7 FHIR, HL7v2, HL7v3)
– SMART on FHIR & Simplifier
– EPIC and other Hospital Information System (HIS) integrations
– Clinical Application Testing
– eReferral platforms (Ocean, Novari, or similar)
– API Testing – Postman, vRest
– Test Automation – Selenium, Playwright
– AWS Cloud Services – AWS Pinpoint, AWS End User Messaging, AWS HealthLake

What You’ll Do:
– Lead end-to-end testing strategy and execution for healthcare integration projects.
– Validate FHIR resources, SMART on FHIR implementations, and enterprise APIs.
– Develop and maintain API and UI automation frameworks.
– Coordinate testing across Hospital Information Systems (HIS), cloud platforms, and third-party vendors.
– Produce test strategies, RTMs, test summary reports, and quality metrics while driving production readiness.
