We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Specialist with strong hands-on Cúram development experience to support a large-scale Case Management and ERP initiative within the Ontario public sector.
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
📅 Start Date: April 2026
📄 Contract Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
🔒 Security Clearance: Not Required
🧾 Submission Limit: 1 Candidate
🔴 MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)
✔️ Hands-on development experience in Mirative Cúram Social Program Management platform
✔️ Minimum 3+ years of Cúram development experience (V7/V8 Certified Developer – Preferred)
✔️ 5+ years J2EE / Java-based enterprise development experience
✔️ Strong experience with:
Apache Ant, Maven
Tomcat
JavaScript, XML, JSON
WebLogic or WebSphere
Oracle DB, SQL, jUnit
✔️ Experience with SOAP & RESTful Web Services, Messaging, SFTP & system integrations
✔️ Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Git, Git Pull Requests & Branching
💡 Key Responsibilities
Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications
Design, code, test, debug, and document enterprise applications
Provide post-implementation support & troubleshooting
Conduct unit testing and participate in design walkthroughs
Collaborate across SDLC phases using Agile methodology
Provide knowledge transfer to fellow developers
Ensure scalable, high-performance full-stack architecture
