We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Analyst to support the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) electronic patient care reports (ePCR) project. This high-impact role will focus on validating and coordinating technical requirements, supporting Panasonic Toughbook deployments, and ensuring seamless implementation across EMS and healthcare sites in Saskatchewan.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
Document and validate technical requirements for tablet imaging and application deployment
Coordinate the build, testing, and deployment of a “golden image” for Panasonic Toughbooks
Lead technical troubleshooting and testing strategies
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders (clinicians, tech teams, leaders) to resolve complex issues
Support large-scale go-live events and training, remotely or onsite across SK
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
7+ years in a Business Analyst or Technical Project Analyst role
Strong experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables
Excellent communication and documentation skills for diverse audiences
Experience deploying or supporting healthcare systems in Canada
Diploma/Degree in Canadian Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
⭐ Preferred Experience:
3+ provincial healthcare implementations in Canada
Strong familiarity with device imaging, configuration, and deployment
Background supporting or deploying Panasonic Toughbooks or similar rugged hardware
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
