Senior Technical Project Analyst (Remote / Regina, SK)
📍 Location: Regina, SK (Remote-friendly)
📅 Contract: September 2025 – March 31, 2026 (Potential for 24-month extension)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Analyst to play a key role in the rollout of a province-wide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) initiative.
This is a high-impact opportunity to join a forward-thinking public health organization and help lead the implementation of one of Saskatchewan’s most critical digital health transformations.
🔧 What You’ll Do
You will be the technical lead analyst for the EMS ePCR project, working closely with stakeholders across healthcare, technology, and government. Your responsibilities will include:
Translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and specifications
Supporting the procurement, setup, testing, and deployment of ruggedized tablets (Panasonic Toughbooks) across EMS sites in the province
Developing test strategies, coordinating UAT and resolving technical issues
Collaborating with clinicians, EMS teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation
Providing go-live support (remote and onsite) and documenting all technical processes
Leading the build, validation, and rollout of the tablet’s “golden image”, including security, connectivity, and integration testing
✅ Must-Haves
7+ years experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Project Analyst role
Strong skills in requirement gathering, technical documentation, and solution validation
Experience developing test strategies and coordinating testing initiatives
Excellent communication skills — able to interface with technical teams, executives, and frontline healthcare workers
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-stakeholder healthcare implementations in Canada (min. 3 projects)
A diploma or degree in Health Informatics or Computer Science (Canadian institution preferred)

Experience deploying or supporting mobile hardware (e.g., Toughbooks)
Previous experience with provincial or federal digital health initiatives
Knowledge of security, connectivity, and application performance testing in healthcare environments

Remote-friendly, with preference for candidates in or near Regina, SK
No on-call expectations
Must be eligible to work in Canada
