We’re a Profitable B2B SaaS company with our teams based out of North America.This role is 95% remote (in Toronto, we meet up 1x a month).We’re only open to Senior Product Managers who don’t require relocation and are eligible to work in Toronto, Canada :)We’re one of the top retail analytics platforms that help marketing teams/brands understand their retail data better. We help them run better-targeted media campaigns without writing code and help our clients understand their customers/improve their campaign ROI. One of our main customers is Home Depot.Our Platform is growing and we are looking to hire a Senior Technical Product Manager who can lead the creation of a new ad-tech-based product.

What You’ll Do

As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll work directly with the leadership team, Engineering, and our Customers. As part of the product team, your core focus will be building products that help our customers improve their marketing efforts.Ex. Working on UI/Workflow. Streamline a new build of a campaign workflow. Building out operational self-serve tools for creating campaigns, creatives, and publishing.

About You:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who can play a leading role in developing a new product we’re working on. This role will primarily be focused on building an integration layer for our demand-side platform (DSP).You’ve shipped successful digital products before, are problem-obsessed, and have a passion for impact/bias for strong, data-informed action that ensures we build the right thing for our customers.

Example Responsibilities:

Deliver products end-to-end with a team of talented engineers and designers. From speaking to customers, collaborating with designers on prototypes, and release management with engineers – your ownership/involvement will be at every step.Research, understand, and validate user needs/market opportunities; translate that into a roadmap/product features that align with our company & customer goals and visionBecome an expert in ad-tech industry, understanding the competitive landscape, the evolving market needs

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager (ideally 5+ years) at a digital SaaS company wherein you’ve shipped large, complex products before (and can speak to their successes)Prior experience and expertise (2+ years) working in AdTech and/or MarTech is required for this positionStrong in Product Management craft and theory – you’re able to intelligently speak about Product Management practices and you have the practical experience to back it upWearing multiple hats, ex. you could be discussing technical details on a ticket and the next you’re presenting your ideas to the Leadership teamAbility to derive insights from data, whether it be through SQL queries or product analytics tools like Pendo or Mixpanel, to justify your product decisionsYou prioritize projects with reason, clarity, and purpose – ensuring alignment across the stakeholders you’re involving and the KPIs you’re measuringVery strong communication and diplomacy skills, ex. That could include making sure things get done across different teams or knowing your audienceYou lead by influence, not formal authority

Target FT Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 base CDN a year, with benefits
