💼 Job Description:
We’re looking for three Senior Technical/Functional Analysts to lead project teams, develop technical solutions, and enhance business applications. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver systems that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include:
🛠️ Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage risks, scope, and schedules, and ensure delivery within constraints.
📊 Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze data, define functional/technical requirements, and document system designs, interfaces, and data structures.
🚀 Team Leadership: Mentor and coordinate teams, manage workloads, and ensure optimal resource utilization while fostering collaboration.
🔍 System Development: Translate business needs into technical specifications, work with developers to build prototypes, and implement solutions.
📈 Process Optimization: Analyze business processes, recommend ITIL-based improvements, and maintain system documentation.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, facilitate sessions, and ensure compliance with change and incident management processes.

✅ Mandatory Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in managing technology projects of varying size and complexity.
Undergraduate degree or professional certification.
Ability to lead, influence, and inspire teams without direct authority.

🌟 Desired Qualifications:
5+ years working with the Government.
Experience with insurance systems (an asset).

Proficiency in ITIL, data file conversions, and system change management.
