We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join a high-impact team within the Client. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise in systems architecture, technical leadership, and solution delivery to a long-term, hybrid government engagement.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and implementation of diverse, cost-effective I&IT solutions
Provide expert technical consultation, architecture guidance, and post-implementation support
Manage full SDLC including requirements gathering, testing, integration, and deployment
Evaluate and document feasibility studies, system architecture, and technical specifications
Coordinate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery
Coach junior analysts and ensure high-quality application development
✅ Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in systems analysis and design
Proven ability to reverse engineer physical data models and create ERDs & metadata reports
Full-cycle project experience: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation
Deep knowledge of multi-dimensional and relational databases
Hands-on experience preparing architecture artifacts, including TRA documents
🎯 Desired Skills:
Strong background in business analysis, UAT, and system integration
Experience with JAD sessions, QA test planning, and user requirement gathering
Familiarity with RAD methodologies, middleware, gateways, and documentation best practices
Understanding of GO-ITS standards, RGDMS, and enterprise architecture
Knowledge of AODA and WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliance principles
