Senior Search Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Search Engineer (Remote – Canada)

What you’ll do:
Build and optimize search algorithms (ranking, personalization, recommendations, NLP).
Design and maintain big data pipelines using Spark, EMR, Databricks.
Apply AI/ML models to improve search quality and user experience.
Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, distributed systems.
What we’re looking for:
* 7+ years in software engineering (C#, Java, Python).
* Hands-on experience with search technologies and learning-to-rank models.
* Strong background in big data processing and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.

Location: 100% Remote (Canada)
