Senior Project Manager

TTP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the modernization and ongoing service management of core security platforms supporting our Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC).
Rate: $110/hr
Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in Downtown Toronto
Contract: 7 months + renewal
Start Date: ASAP

Must-Have Skills:
✅ Proven experience managing ServiceNow delivery and ITSM integration with SIEM
✅ Senior-level PM leadership in cybersecurity programs (CSOC, threat use cases, incident management)
✅ Skilled in gathering user feedback, tracking KPIs, and delivering iterative platform enhancements
✅ Strong stakeholder engagement skills in security operations environments
Role Highlights:
🔹 Lead delivery of ServiceNow enhancements & integrations with SIEM (Splunk, Azure Sentinel) and SOAR tools
🔹 Gather & refine requirements for incident management workflows, dashboards & reports
🔹 Ensure secure-by-design principles in all configurations & integrations
🔹 Drive continuous improvement using KPIs & user insights
