We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep Futures / Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Operations experience to lead complex, technology-enabled change initiatives in a regulated Capital Markets environment.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered system integration programs, platform stand-ups/upgrades, interface delivery, data flow integration, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness across Futures Operations.

What You’ll Be Driving:
✅ Project governance, integrated plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and executive status reporting
✅ Futures Operations lifecycle process analysis across onboarding/static data, trade capture, confirmations, clearing, margin/collateral, settlements, reconciliations, exceptions, and reporting
✅ Collaboration with Business, Technology, Architecture, Vendors, and Operations teams
✅ Requirements documentation including epics, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process flows, SOPs, and functional specifications
✅ Testing strategy, test cases, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect triage, and cutover planning
✅ Operational readiness, runbooks, post-implementation support, and change management communications

Must-Have Experience:
🔹 10+ years as a Project Manager delivering technology-enabled change in Capital Markets / Wholesale Banking
🔹 Strong knowledge of Futures / ETD Operations lifecycle
🔹 Experience with middle office, collateral & margin, settlements, clearing, reconciliations, controls, and reporting
🔹 Proven system integration experience in a regulated environment
🔹 Strong understanding of operational risk, governance, auditability, recordkeeping, and regulatory controls
🔹 Ability to create high-quality documentation and present effectively to senior leadership

Nice to Have:
⭐ PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent practical experience
⭐ Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience
⭐ JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Project, and MS Office
⭐ Vendor / third-party coordination and integration testing experience

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of Capital Markets domain knowledge, Futures Operations expertise, project governance, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery experience to drive successful implementation and operational readiness.
