Salary: $500.00 to $950.00 per day for exact match (Open to Canadian Contractors)

Are you a strategic Program Manager with extensive experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives? We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Portfolio Modernization Program, driving large-scale modernization across people, processes, and technology while delivering measurable operational improvements and business value.

What You’ll Do
Lead complex, high-profile enterprise modernization programs from strategy through delivery.
Develop integrated program roadmaps, governance models, and implementation plans.
Coordinate multiple workstreams, project managers, and executive stakeholders.
Drive portfolio planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
Lead organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation initiatives.
Define performance metrics, benefits realization, and continuous improvement strategies.

What We’re Looking For
15+ years leading enterprise I&IT programs and digital transformation initiatives
15+ years managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex program portfolios
10+ years working with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into delivery outcomes
Strong expertise in change management, governance, portfolio management, and operational transformation
Experience with Agile delivery, cloud technologies, AI enablement, automation, and modern enterprise architectures is highly valued.
