🔑 Key Requirements
5+ Years Experience: Proven track record delivering 24×7 major incident response.

Command & Control: Strong leadership ability to drive command and control across large technical teams during critical events.

Problem Management Core: Solid understanding of problem management principles to succeed in our shared-process environment.
