🔥 About the Role
We are seeking a Senior / Principal Data Scientist who is actively building and scaling Generative AI and Agentic AI systems in production environments today.
This is not an exploratory AI role — we are looking for builders of real AI systems, not candidates who are just beginning to experiment with GenAI. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling LLM-powered applications, agent workflows, and AI systems that interact with real-world tools and APIs.
You will play a key role in shaping how AI is integrated into production systems, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and real-world impact.
🤖 What You’ll Do
Design and build production-grade GenAI and LLM-based systems
Develop and scale agentic AI workflows and tool-using AI systems
Build and deploy ML/AI models into production using AWS cloud infrastructure
Work with APIs, function calling, and tool integrations to enable AI systems to take real actions
Develop scalable ML pipelines and MLOps frameworks
Optimize models for performance, reliability, and accuracy in production environments
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring AI solutions into real-world applications
Evaluate and improve system performance using monitoring and feedback loops
🧠 What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI
Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM systems (required)
Proven experience building production AI systems (not just prototypes)
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Deep experience with AWS cloud environments
Experience deploying models via APIs (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring
Experience working in product-driven or SaaS environments
Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
🚀 Highly Desired Experience
Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
Background in startup or high-growth product companies
Experience working across engineering, product, and business teams
