Senior Organizational Change Manager (Contract) — Remote/Onsite in Edmonton, AB
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (Remote with Onsite Meetings)
Security Clearance: Enhanced Security Clearance required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager to support the adoption of a new enterprise system. This contract role is crucial in driving user engagement, minimizing operational disruptions, and preparing staff for new business processes.
Working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors, the Change Manager will develop and deliver change strategies, communication materials, and comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in CRM and financial systems, complemented by a deep understanding of change management and adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement organizational change strategies to support system adoption
Design and deliver training programs (virtual and in-person)
Develop user-friendly training and communication materials
Partner with stakeholders to manage change risks and support a smooth transition
Promote user engagement and facilitate a positive change experience
Measure and report on change success metrics
Support change communications and presentations at all levels of the organization

Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years leading training activities
5+ years developing change management strategies and deliverables
5+ years creating stakeholder communications and training materials
1+ year of experience as an Organizational Change Manager on at least one project
Experience delivering training both in-person and virtually
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)
Experience in CRM, financial systems, and accounting processes

Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in defining and tracking change success metrics
Demonstrated experience as a trainer on at least one project
Experience facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholder groups
Experience in change risk management
Proficiency with MS Office 2016+ and SharePoint 2016+
Strong relationship-building skills with leadership and teams
