Hiring: Senior Manager – Fraud Risk Oversight (Contract) 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (40 King Street W – Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
📅 Duration: 4-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Fraud Risk Oversight to support a high-profile Fraud Risk RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) initiative within a leading banking institution’s Operational Risk team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a highly visible and transformational risk program while partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization to strengthen fraud risk governance and oversight practices.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit, or Fraud Governance/Oversight
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and end-to-end processes
• 3+ years leading fraud risk assessments and/or strengthening fraud control environments
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, emerging threats, and fraud risk management frameworks
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
⭐ Nice-to-Have:
• Experience supporting risk-related project implementations
• Power BI reporting experience
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
