We’re #hiring for a Senior Manager, Business Transformation. This role will re-shape how our Firm operates ➡️ re-imagining processes, evolving our operating model, and embedding change that’s scalable.

This goes beyond improvement — it’s about re-designing how work gets done from the ground up, with the colleagues who use our processes every day at the centre.

🔑 Your impact:
🟣 Lead end-to-end process optimization and re-design: challenge status quo and build more scalable ways of working
🟣 Evolve and influence operating models to better align people, processes, and technology
🟣 Drive enterprise-wide change — from strategy and mobilization through to adoption and sustained outcomes
🟣 Champion design thinking, translating user needs into intuitive, human-centred solutions
🟣 Embed change management and adoption strategies that ensure new ways of working are embraced (not just implemented)
🟣 Continuously measure outcomes, iterate, and raise the bar on performance and experience

You’re a builder 🏗️ who brings:
✔️ Deep experience in process transformation and large-scale redesign initiatives
✔️ Strong capability in change management, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption at scale
✔️ A human-centric design mindset, able to navigate complexity and uncover what really matters
✔️ Proven leadership—coaching teams to deliver meaningful, lasting impact
✔️ The ability to turn insights into clear journeys, processes, and experiences that work in practice
