Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Senior #ITSupport Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise applications and production environments.

🔹 Strong experience in Level 2/3 #ProductionSupport
🔹 Experience with #ServiceNow, #Splunk, #Dynatrace, #Datadog, #Oracle, #Linux, #APIs
🔹 Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred
🔹 Knowledge of #TIBCO, #AutoSys, #PingFederate, #EntraID is a plus
