We’re Hiring: 10 Senior IT Service Designers
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (Remote with onsite meetings)
Contract: Up to 24 months

Noramtec is seeking 10 experienced IT Service Designers to join our client’s dynamic team supporting digital transformation and service innovation projects for our client. About the Role:
As a Senior Service Designer, you’ll work full-time (7.25-hour days) across 2–3 concurrent projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You’ll deliver user-centred solutions, research insights, service blueprints, prototypes, and strategies that improve service delivery and citizen experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate human-centred design methods into program reviews and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive user and employee experience analysis across all service channels.
Lead user and behavioural research, co-design workshops, and usability testing.
Create journey maps, service blueprints, process maps, prototypes, and roadmaps.
Analyze project outcomes and service performance, identifying gaps and opportunities.
Co-develop new processes, policies, and service models with program teams.
Plan for service delivery migration, policy innovation, change management, and operational integration.

Working Arrangement:
Primarily remote with quarterly onsite meetings/work sessions in Edmonton, AB (travel at applicant’s expense). Notice and duration of meetings will be provided in advance.
Previous public sector experience is a plus
