We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Integration Lead to join a long-term engagement on a critical project.
Job Title: 29954 – RFR-DTS-050– Senior Integration Lead
Office Location: Onsite & Remote
#Business Days: Up to 24 Month
Duration: The duration of the engagement may be for up to a 24-month term. Due to the nature of projects, there may be exceptional circumstances where the total term may be extended beyond 24 months. The 24-month term is anticipated to start with a 12-month initial term followed by up to 12-month renewal(s). Note that the final term structure will be concluded as part of contract/SOW negotiations.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
A clean criminal record check status will be required at the proponent’s expense prior to the successful Service Provider Resource(s) arriving onsite or working remotely. Maintaining a clean status is required throughout the Proponents contract. An enhanced background check, completed by Manitoba may be required on certain projects due to the confidentiality of the materials shared to the Proponent. If the proponent fails, they must rectify on their own cost and time.
The following are minimum qualifications and/or experience for the delivery of the Services. The Resource must have the following minimum qualifications or experience:
· Has experience providing hands-on leadership for SAP integration activities for the Government of Manitoba and associated in-scope organizations
· Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP integration technologies
· Resolve system and process issues and coordinated integration testing across all functional streams
· Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of the entire system.
· Partner with Manitoba team leadership and system integrator to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
· Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
· Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
· Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, Manitoba’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.
· Demonstrate extensive-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs
· Lead the overall delivery of complex Global S/4HANA Integration, including completion of deliverables outlined in signed statement(s) of work
· Exhibit extensive-level abilities and a proven record of success in SAP Integration with at least 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects on premise and Cloud edition.
