Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Toronto – Hybrid)
We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-impact, product-driven team building modern, scalable platforms from the ground up.
This is a builder role — not maintenance. You’ll own systems end-to-end and help shape architecture, product, and engineering direction.
💻 Tech Stack
Backend: Python, AWS (EKS, Lambda), Docker
Frontend: React + TypeScript
Database: Postgres
Infra: Terraform, CI/CD, Grafana
🔥 What You’ll Do
Design, build, and ship scalable systems (0 → 1)
Own full lifecycle: architecture → deployment → monitoring
Solve real-world problems with clean, high-performance code
Work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of experience
Strong Python + AWS + React/TypeScript
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and data modelling
Proven track record of shipping products to production
Comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and speed
💰 Compensation
$140,000 – $170,000 CAD base salary

Toronto (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
