✔ Mandatory: Experience working in the 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 / 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨, 𝐎𝐍
Skills
✅ Experience with REST API, SOAP/WSDL, XML, JSON integrations
✅ Strong Oracle RDBMS and PL/SQL skills
✅ Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, or similar platforms
✅ Full-stack multi-tier application design and system integration experience
✅ Experience leading technical teams, solution design, and code walkthroughs
✅ Strong debugging, troubleshooting, refactoring, and optimization skills
✅ Experience with large-scale enterprise applications and public sector environments preferred
