Join a fast-paced, high-growth startup in the SaaS space! We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Leader who’s ready to step into a VP role, lead a dynamic team, and shape the future of our scalable products.
As the VP of Engineering (initially titled Engineering Leader), you’ll oversee strategy, architecture, and development while staying hands-on with coding and technical leadership. You’ll mentor a team of engineers, architects, and product specialists, and play a critical role in building innovative solutions that solve real-world problems.

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role (preferably in a tech startup or high-growth environment)
Expertise in building and scaling SaaS products, with strong experience in Java, SQL, and distributed systems
Hands-on with architecture and coding, particularly in cloud-based and data-driven systems
Strong leadership and team-building skills in a collaborative, agile environment
