🚀 We’re looking for a Senior DataOps/Cloud Data Engineer to join a high-impact public sector project. This role is perfect for someone with deep Azure, ETL, and database administration experience who thrives in a hybrid work setting.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design & optimize CI/CD pipelines for data engineering on Azure
Develop ETL processes, data warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses
Administer and tune Azure SQL, Oracle, Synapse, and other DBs
Lead data migration, replication, and performance tuning
Implement cloud-based DevOps practices
Provide ongoing support & knowledge transfer to ministry staff
✅ Required Skills
✅ Expert in Azure (ADF, Azure SQL, DevOps, Data Lake, Synapse, DACPAC)
✅ Strong in SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, and database admin
✅ Hands-on with data replication, migration, and backup strategies
✅ Skilled in DataOps, automation, and Agile practices
✅ Experience working with structured, semi-structured & unstructured data
